Diamond Web Studio is operated by VRT Legacy Unlimited LLC. These Terms govern use of the Diamond Web Studio website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website information

The information on this website explains Diamond Web Studio, available services, general starting prices and how potential projects may work. It is provided for general informational purposes and does not by itself create a client relationship, contract or guarantee of services.

2. Starting prices

Prices displayed on this website are starting prices unless specifically stated otherwise. Final pricing may depend on scope, page count, functionality, integrations, content requirements, customization and other project-specific needs. Final scope and pricing are agreed before paid work begins. Services described as quoted after review are priced individually.

3. Project inquiries

Submitting a Contact or Start a Project form does not create a contract, guarantee project acceptance, reserve a start date or require either party to move forward. A client relationship begins only after the applicable scope, pricing and project terms have been accepted.

4. Project agreements

Paid website, development, advertising, design, automation, maintenance or consulting work may be governed by a separate proposal, scope of work or service agreement covering scope, pricing, payment schedule, revisions, responsibilities, cancellation, ownership, licensing, hosting, third-party costs and other terms. If a signed project agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the project agreement controls for that project.

Where a website project includes 30-Day Launch Guidance, it covers launch-related help, handoff, domain and account guidance, and guidance on connecting the website to the client's business and social profiles for 30 days after launch. It does not include ongoing maintenance, new design or development work, search engine optimization, advertising, content posting or account management unless separately agreed.

5. Payment and launch

Payment methods, schedules, deposits, revisions, cancellation and refunds are set out in the applicable project agreement or invoice. Paid project work begins after the project agreement is accepted and the required payment has been received. The exact payment schedule is confirmed in the client's scope, agreement or invoice. Any remaining required balance is due before the website is published, connected to a live domain, or handed off, including the transfer of files, credentials or administrative control. Until then, a completed website may be kept in a private staging environment.

6. Advertising services

Where Diamond Web Studio sets up or manages advertising campaigns, ad spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform and is separate from any setup or management fee. Advertising platforms control ad approval, delivery, pricing and policies. Diamond Web Studio does not guarantee specific ad performance, costs per lead or return on ad spend.

7. Client-provided materials

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and appropriate authorization for materials they provide, including photographs, videos, logos, written content, reviews and trademarks. Clients should not provide content they do not have permission to use.

8. Ownership and handoff

Client-specific final deliverables, including website files, credentials and administrative access, transfer to the client, or are licensed as the agreement describes, once the required payment has been received. Ownership, access, licensing, hosting and handoff details are documented in the applicable project agreement. A one-time project does not require an ongoing maintenance plan. Monthly care is optional and month to month, and ending a care plan does not remove access the client has already received.

9. Third-party services

For new website projects, first-year domain registration is included, as confirmed in the client's proposal. The domain is registered in the client's name and remains under the client's control; Diamond Web Studio connects the completed website to it and guides the handoff. Projects may use or connect with hosting providers, booking platforms, payment services, analytics providers, advertising platforms, form or email services and other software. After the included first year, domain renewals and third-party services may have their own renewal fees, licenses, terms and privacy practices. Diamond Web Studio does not control those services or guarantee their continued availability.

10. Website and business results

Diamond Web Studio builds websites and campaigns intended to improve presentation, usability, customer journeys, lead capture and other business functions. Diamond Web Studio does not guarantee specific sales, leads, search rankings, advertising results, revenue, conversion rates or business growth.

11. Search visibility

Diamond websites include technical foundations intended to support search and AI-assisted discovery. Diamond Web Studio does not guarantee search rankings, positions or AI citations unless separately agreed in writing.

12. Concepts and demonstrations

Concepts, prototypes, previews or demonstrations remain the property of Diamond Web Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Showing a concept does not create a client relationship or obligation to purchase. The brands shown in the Studio and in Signature demonstrations, including Ridgeform Roofing & Exteriors, are fictional and were created to illustrate design capabilities.

13. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Diamond Web Studio website design, branding, written content and original materials are owned by or licensed to Diamond Web Studio and may not be copied, republished or commercially reused without permission.

14. Acceptable use

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious code, use forms for spam or abuse, misrepresent their identity or unlawfully exploit website content.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Diamond Web Studio and VRT Legacy Unlimited LLC are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting solely from use of this public website or reliance on general information published on it. Project-specific responsibilities are governed by the applicable agreement.

16. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the website, services or business practices change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
