About Diamond
The person who learns your business builds your website.
Diamond Web Studio is an independent studio for owners who want one accountable partner: someone who understands the business, shapes the message, designs the experience and carries it through launch.
A note from Victor
I built Diamond so owners wouldn't have to translate their business through three different people.
At most agencies, the person who sells the project isn't the one who designs it, and the designer isn't the one who builds it. Every handoff loses a little of what makes your business worth choosing.
Here, you work with me directly. The customer questions, the business goals, the visual direction and the technical decisions stay in one head, so the website actually reflects how you win work.
Behind me is a network of design, development and creative specialists I manage directly. Every resource on your project answers to one standard, so timelines hold, quality stays consistent and the direction never drifts. We build from what you already have and create what's missing.
We confirm the scope and price in writing before any paid work begins. After launch, I spend 30 days making sure you understand your website and know how to put it to work. Your domain stays under your control, and once the project is paid in full, the website access and files we agreed on are yours.
Victor, founder of Diamond Web Studio
Why the 30 days exist
A website isn't a magnet. It's a tool you have to know how to use.
I talk with owners every week who've been burned by the same cycle. They didn't want to spend $3,000 on a website, so they built one themselves. It didn't bring in work, so they decided websites don't work.
Then they tried social media. The funny part is that the ads that actually perform still send people to a website or a landing page. Without one that's built to convert, the ads fell flat too, and they went back to relying on referrals, because nobody ever showed them how the pieces fit together.
That's the gap I built Diamond to close. I bring experience across AI, automation, development and design, but what I care about most is what happens after launch: that you actually know how to use what you paid for. That's why every website includes 30-Day Launch Guidance, and why you can take the reins, keep me on month to month, or come back whenever you need.

Working together
A relationship you can understand.
How involved do I need to be during the project?
You provide business context, approve the direction and give feedback at agreed review points. Diamond leads the research, structure, design and build, using focused requests so you are never asked to manage the project yourself.
What if my branding, photos or content are incomplete?
That's common, and it's fine. We build from the photos, reviews and content you already have, organize the message during planning, and create what's missing. Copywriting, logo concepts and brand kits can be added to the scope.
Do you work alone or with a team?
Both. Victor leads every project personally and directs a network of design, development and creative specialists he manages directly. Every resource answers to one standard, which keeps timelines on track and quality consistent, and he stays the one person accountable for the result.
What do I receive when my website is finished?
The live website connected to your domain, with the first year of registration included for new projects and the domain in your business's name; a documented handoff with the agreed access, renewal dates and ongoing costs; Google Search Console submission and analytics where included in your scope; the files created for your project; and 30-Day Launch Guidance with a next-step roadmap. The agreed access and deliverables are handed over once the project is paid in full.
What payment methods do you accept?
Diamond accepts Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay and Venmo. Paid project work begins after your project agreement is accepted and the required payment is received, and any remaining balance is due before final launch and handoff. Your agreement or invoice sets the exact schedule, and payment plans are available for Growth and Signature projects.
Can I update the website myself after launch?
Yes. Your handoff includes the agreed access and setup notes, so you can take over whenever you're ready. If you'd rather not, monthly care is $100 a month, or you can send individual requests starting at $100.
What does 30-Day Launch Guidance include?
Help understanding your website and how inquiries reach you, guidance on your domain and accounts, how to connect the site to Google Business and your social profiles, an explanation of analytics and Search Console where included, and a roadmap of next steps. Launch-related issues are fixed. It doesn't include ongoing maintenance, design changes, SEO, posting or ad management; those, and hands-on Google Business setup, can be scoped separately.
What happens when the 30 days end?
You choose: run the website yourself, keep me on with monthly care at $100 a month, or come back for individual changes starting at $100. Nothing renews automatically without your agreement.
Is the monthly care plan a long-term contract?
No. Monthly care is month to month with no long-term contract. The written care plan lists what's included and how to stop it.
Do I need a care plan to keep my website?
No. Your domain stays under your control, and once the project is paid in full you receive the agreed website access, files and renewal details. Skipping or ending monthly care never locks you out. The exact ownership terms are set in your project agreement.
