Victor reviews your request personally, looks at your current website and online presence, and calls you during studio hours. Most of the planning happens on that call, so there's no long questionnaire to fill out first.

No. The form only starts a conversation. Nothing is agreed and nothing is owed until you accept a project agreement with the pages, features, price and timing.

Nothing formal. It helps to know your main services, the area you serve, the customers you want more of, and any websites you like. Photos, reviews and logins come later, in one focused request after the scope is agreed.

That's normal. We start with your customers, services and goals, then work out the pages, proof and next steps the website needs. You receive a written scope before work begins.

After the call, Victor confirms the pages, features, timeline and total price in writing. Starting prices are published on the Services page, and paid work begins only after you accept the project agreement and the required payment is received.
